Ms. Shailaja is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Commerce graduate from the University of Delhi. She has also completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with specialization in Finance from Symbiosis, Pune.

She has a varied 7 + years of experience in the Corporate Law field wherein before starting her practice, she had also served as an Assistant Manager- Secretarial and Legal in a Public Limited Company in Delhi. She is a self-motivated person and empathetic towards her clients.

Ms. Sarita Bhatt is a fellow member of “The Institute of Company Secretaries of India” and a commerce graduate from the University of Delhi. She has completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Masters of Commerce from Indira Gandhi National Open University. She has also completed her Bachelor of Law (LL.B) and has specializes in corporate and commercial law, and has worked on several transactions, including strategic investments, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate law advisory. She has extensive experience of drafting of various types of Commercial Contracts/Agreements including Due Diligences, FDI matters, advising/strategizing/briefing on corporate/commercial litigation matters etc. for various large transnational and Indian clients.
